To add a Google file into a Sites page

  1. In Sites, open the page of your site where you want to embed the file.
  2. At the top of the page, click .
  3. Click Insert > Drive and select Document, Spreadsheet, or Presentation.
  4. Choose your file and click .
  5. Click .

To embed a Google file into a webpage

  1. Open the document, spreadsheet, or presentation.
  2. Click File > Publish to the web.
  3. Click Embed > .
  4. Copy the link and paste it into the code for your website or blog.
