To create a team calendar
- In Google Calendar, click next to My calendars and select Create new calendar.
- Name the calendar, add a description so your team knows the purpose of this calendar, and enter your time zone.
- Check the Share this calendar with others box, and select Share this calendar with everyone in the organization.
- Under Share with specific people, enter individual email addresses of people who can modify or manage the calendar, and set their permission levels.
- Click .
You can create as many calendars as you want using the same process!
